This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through www.proposalenvy.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. • Data you provide directly, when you submit our inquiry form: Name, email address, phone number (including country code), proposed event date, number of attendees, preferred location, privacy preference selection, proposal style preference, estimated investment range, and any additional details you include in your message.
• Data collected automatically, through your use of the Site: Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, general location) via analytics tools; interaction data used for advertising measurement (see Section 4); and data processed by our spam-prevention tools (reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile), which may assess technical signals such as IP address and browsing behavior to distinguish human visitors from automated ones.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

We process your personal data to respond to your inquiry and plan your proposal; to communicate with you by email, phone, or WhatsApp; to improve our marketing and measure advertising performance via Google Ads and Google Analytics; and to protect the Site from spam and abuse.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with Webflow (our hosting and form platform), Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (Turnstile spam prevention), and WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us via WhatsApp Concierge) — solely to operate our Site and respond to your inquiry. Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia; where this occurs, we rely on their own recognized data protection safeguards.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if you proceed with booking, for the duration of our service relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. If you do not proceed with booking, we retain your inquiry data for a limited period to allow for follow-up, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to retain it for future reference.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under UU PDP, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent; object to processing; and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.

7. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
