Proposalenvy started with a ring box in my pocket, on the night I planned my own proposal here in Bali. I was already living in Indonesia at the time — just a different city — and it was still harder than I expected. I can only imagine what it takes for someone coming from the other side of the world, in a language they don't speak, without a clue where to start: how to find the right proposal location, let alone the vendors to actually build it.
When I started, there was no proposal company to call. Not a bad one, not an expensive one — none. So I built the whole thing myself. Along the way, I learned something nobody tells a groom: this industry is built around the aesthetics of the day — the flowers, the view, the photos. Almost nobody is thinking about the man standing in the middle of it. He's the one carrying the weight of whether the moment actually lands.
So I built the thing I wished existed — a luxury proposal planner in Bali who already knows where to look: the real locations, the real vendors, proposal ideas that actually work.
